Venture out to explore the wonders of nature in winter! Join an Acadia National Park Ranger for this outdoor program to discover signs of the season. Take a close look at plants, water, and animal life. After the ranger program, Camp Beech Cliff will host a free campfire with s’mores. For ages 3-6 and their caregivers.
“Tic Tac Snow” will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. at Camp Beech Cliff, 264 Beech Hill Road in Mount Desert. Meet at the Eagle’s Nest gymnasium 15 minutes prior to the program. This event is part of the Great Maine Outdoor Weekend, a series of events led by outdoor-oriented organizations and companies to celebrate the how, where, and what of being active outside in Maine. Our goal is to connect our friends and neighbors with the natural world, to promote fun, physical activity, and good health.
