THERESA BEGLEY, Projects and Events Coordinator
Manages Friends of Acadia's Benefit Gala, Annual Meeting, Take Pride in Acadia Day, and National Trails Day. Works with the conservation director to manage volunteer program, Acadia Trails Forever, village connector trails, and other in-park projects.

SHARON BROOM, Development Officer
Manages the Membership and Annual Fund programs to maintain and increase support for Friends of Acadia. Works with the development director to set and meet fundraising goals.

SHEREE CASTONGUAY, Accounting and Administrative Associate
Works with director of finance and administration. Handles cash receipts, accounts payables, bank and donor data reconciliations, accounting schedules and analysis, and assists the president.

STEPHANIE CLEMENT, Conservation Director
Develops and executes conservation programs in advocacy, policy, and planning. Primary contact with park staff for many FOA park policy initiatives. Principal liaison with community officials. Lobbies Congress, state legislature, federal and state agencies. Coordinates Ridge Runner, AYCC, and Intern programs. Current projects include public transit, park funding, air and water quality. Member of staff Core Management Group.

LISA HORSCH, Director of Development and Donor Relations
Directs fundraising efforts for Friends of Acadia. Works primarily with individuals, foundations, and corporations wishing to make charitable gifts to support capital and special projects. Specializes in estate and planned giving. Leads the development office in running a low-cost, efficient development program.

DIANA McDOWELL, Director of Finance and Administration
Handles all financial matters, manages accounting, general ledger, spread sheet analysis, leading indicators, yearly audit. Develops annual budget. Works with staff members to ensure on-budget performance in program areas. Works with Investment & Finance Committee. Member of staff Core Management Group.

MARLA S. O'BYRNE, President and CEO
Manages organization and staff. Reports to board chair. With board, sets direction and tone. Responsible for execution of all programs—conservation, stewardship, development—and general operations. Balances budget, directs planning. Works with park superintendent, NPS Washington officials, etc. Chairs staff Core Management Group, which handles personnel matters.

Coordinates computers and office systems, and manages network support. Works with conservation director to manage Acadia Youth Conservation Corps and Ridge Runner programs. Organizes annual Earth Day Roadside Clean-Up. Assists director of finance and administration with organizational support.
