Coronavirus Visitor Advisories Issued

ACADIA NATIONAL PARK — Officials here released visitor advisory information on Monday as federal, state, and local authorities work to minimize the spread of Coronavirus. “We are concerned that recent visitation patterns have been in violation of CDC recommendations,” Anastasia added. Visitors should stay at least six feet away from people outside their immediate household. Acadia to Conduct Reservation System Dry Run

Acadia National Park’s reservation system is slated to go into effect in 2021. A dry run of the system is planned for October of 2020.  Cadillac Mountain and the Ocean Drive portion of the Park Loop Road are slated to be part of the reservation system test. Read more >
