How to Register for the Annual Benefit


Register on the Benefit Auction site to join the Patron Program, purchase Annual Benefit tickets, and bid on items in the online silent auction.

Join the Patron Program and Purchase Your Benefit Tickets

This year, Annual Benefit and Auction registration and the online silent auction are hosted through our Benefit Auction site. Join the Patron Program and purchase tickets to this year’s in-person event. This registration will also enable you to bid on online silent auction items, which you’ll be able to browse online in July and in person at the Asticou Inn from August 5-14.

Your credit card will not be charged if you’re simply setting up your account; you’re welcome to purchase tickets later (but don’t delay too long – we expect to sell out quickly)!

 

Option 1: Pay by credit card

  1. Go to one.bidpal.net/acadia/ticketing
  2. Select your contributing level and click NEXT
  3. Sign up for an account with your email and create a login/password
  4. Enter your contact information – mobile numbers are important for texting alerts during the auction!
  5. Fill in your guest(s) name/information. You’re welcome to select “I don’t know” and provide it to us at a later date
  6. Enter your credit card information where it will be secure to your account only.
  7. Select FINISH. You will receive an email confirmation.

Option 2: Pay by check, stock gift, grant, or DAF

  1. Email marisa@friendsofacadia.org to let her know the gift is on its way and to reserve your tickets
  2. Create an account on the Auction Benefit site by going to: one.bidpal.net/acadia/ticketing
  3. Click “SIGN IN” in the upper right corner.
  4. Sign up for an account with your email and create a login/password
  5. Enter your contact information – mobile numbers are important for texting alerts during the auction!
  6. Select FINISH. You should receive an email confirmation.
  7. We will enter your tickets manually from our end.
  8. Once you have your account set up, you will be able to bid in the online silent auction – which we will begin to post in July – add guest(s) name(s), and select menu choices for the dinner.
