Celebrating Acadia With Our Friends

Thank you to all who joined us for the 2022 Annual Meeting on Wednesday, July 6 at the Bar Harbor Club!

2022 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting brings together our incredible Friends community to share our accomplishments and initiatives, as well as updates from the park.

Thank you to the 200+ members, friends, and staff who attended Friends of Acadia’s Annual Meeting on July 6, 2022, at the Bar Harbor Club. This was our first in-person Annual Meeting since 2019! We enjoyed seeing you all, sharing our collective achievements from the last year, and celebrating the park we all love so well.

Acadia Week

Our Annual Meeting is part of Acadia Week, a series of live-streamed events that celebrate the founding of our beloved park.

This year’s Acadia Week is July 4-8 and includes a live-streamed hike with Friends of Acadia’s Summit Stewards and Digital Media Team and a walk and talk in the Great Meadow Wetland with Brian Henkel, Friends of Acadia’s Wild Acadia Coordinator. There’s also a live chat with Friends of Acadia’s new President and CEO Eric Stiles and Park Superintendent Kevin Schneider.

We hope you’ll join us! See the complete Acadia Week 2022 schedule.
