Lynn was born in Maine but spent the first 13 years of her life in Cape May, NJ as her father was in the United States Coast Guard. It was there she found her true love for all things oceanic.  She and her family moved to Maine in 1993 and stayed because Maine became home.  It was her parents that introduced her to the downeast region during her teenage years and the family would visit Acadia National Park on an annual basis well into her adult years. Lynn moved to Bar Harbor 2019 into a cabin in the woods, which has been a dream come true for her and her husband. To better immerse herself in her new community, she entered the non-profit world and joined the Bar Harbor Rotary. 

Lynn loves all things nature and ocean, from the littlest mushroom on a trail to a seal bathing in the sun. She is in the park every chance she can take with a camera in hand as photography is a hobby of hers. It was instilled in her to Leave No Trace so she is often found cleaning up trails or wherever she may wander. She also likes to go hunting with her family in the fall months.
