SHANNON BRYAN

Content and Website Manager

As Friends of Acadia’s Content & Website Manager, Shannon develops and creates content for Acadia magazine and the Friends of Acadia website, helping to tell the stories of the work happening in Acadia and the people who make it happen. She also creates communications and development materials and manages the organization’s website.

She’s spent the lion’s share of her career bragging on the Pine Tree State and its splendid nooks and crannies, including 19 years of experience as a writer for Maine-based newspapers, magazines, and digital brands. An avid outdoorsperson, she spends summers paddling and camping on islands and winters hiking and cross-country skiing.
