Volunteer Appreciation Celebration
& Film Screening

Join us on September 4 at the Criterion Theatre in Bar Harbor for a Volunteer Appreciation event!

To express our gratitude for all you do for Friends of Acadia, we invite you to enjoy an evening reception at the Criterion Theatre at a screening of “Out There: A National Parks Story,”.

This documentary film follows a 10,000-mile exploration America’s national parks and shares the stories of people who work in and love them. What emerges is a rich tapestry of the history of the park system. (Word on the street is you’ll also recognize some notable Acadia staff in the film. Watch the trailer online.)

Whether you volunteer your time and talents on Acadia’s trails or at the Wild Gardens, at the Membership Table, in the Friends of Acadia office or on our board, we look forward to celebrating you on September 4!
