TABATHA MCKAY
Human Resources Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Tabatha brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. She has a strong background in supporting teams, building positive workplace cultures, and helping organizations run more smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from Maine, she left the state to pursue her career, later returning home with a deeper appreciation for her roots. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University and a Master of Business Leadership from William Penn University, reflecting her ongoing commitment to learning and professional growth.
Outside of work, Tabatha enjoys keeping things creative and hands-on. She loves cooking, experimenting with new baking projects, and has developed a real appreciation for smoking meats. She’s happiest near the water and has a deep love of the ocean and sandy beaches—whether it’s kayaking along the coast, walking the shore, or simply taking in the view. At home, she enjoys tending to her garden and spending time with her husband, Chris.
Whether at work or at home, Tabatha values connection, balance, and finding small ways to make everyday life more enjoyable.
