Weekly project schedule

Planned Trail and Carriage Road Work Locations for Volunteers

Meet at ANP Headquarters every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 8:20 a.m. the first week of June through mid-October. Work projects usually end by 12:30 pm.

  • Please bring insect repellent, water, lunch, and work gloves
  • A partnership between Acadia National Park and Friends of Acadia

Saturday, July 25 HQ To be determined. Easy to moderate work. Leader: Dianna McKeage.
Tuesday, July 28 HQ Schooner Head woodchip spreading project. Jordan Stream bogwalk. Mow/ weedwhip south end Schooner Head. Drainage on Carriage Roads to be determined. Easy to strenuous work. Leaders: Randy Miles, Anna Adams, Bruce Denny-Brown, Donna Reis.
Thursday, July 30 HQ Jordan Stream bogwalk. Long-day Grandgent Trail brushing. Drainage on Carriage Roads to be determined. Finishing project on the Stratheden Trail. Easy to strenuous work. Leaders: Anna Adams, Randy Ewins, Mike and Joey Engling, Randy Miles.
Saturday, August 1 HQ To be determined. Easy to moderate work. Leader: Randy Miles.
